In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the CFO and work closely with divisional MDs, providing proactive commercial analysis to boost performance. You'll lead the way on financial and commercial reporting, build and refine dashboards in Power BI, and make sure decision makers across the group have access to clear, accurate, and actionable insights.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the group-wide Power BI superuser, developing and maintaining dashboards to support both company-specific and group-wide decision making.
• Ensure data integrity and a 'single version of the truth' across financial and operational reporting.
• Automate key reporting processes to improve efficiency and speed of insight delivery.
• Support budgeting and forecasting across the group, focusing on sales and margin performance.
• Partner with business units to challenge and guide on financial performance, profitability models, and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Provide commercial input into transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver data-led insights to sales, store, buying, and operational teams to drive strategy and cost control.

What we're looking for:

• A commercially minded finance professional with 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, business intelligence, or FP&A.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, with strong skills in report creation, data modelling, and visualisation.
• Experience with ERP systems and data tools such as SQL, DAX, and ETL.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex data in a clear, impactful way.
