Regional Finance Business Partner | £55,000 - £65,000 | Hybrid / Southwest Region

This fast-paced FMCG is looking for an operationally orientated Commercial Finance Manager. You will enjoy being very business facing, managing stakeholders and providing insightful financial analysis and reporting.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys operationally embedded finance roles, partnering with key operational managers, adding significant value.

You will be expeced to travel regularly (3 days per week) to sites within your region, so you will need to enjoy being integrated with the wider business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide support, challenge and insight to Branch Managers
• Deliver accurate financial information, analysis and commentary to stakeholders
• Weekly and monthly P&L reporting
• Monthly and Quarterly forecasts
• Annual budgets
• Variance analysis
• KPI's and ad-hoc analysis to drive performance
• Provide commercial support to department heads
• Develop and challenge the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs
• Provide insight into customer and sales team performance
• Overall responsibility to produce monthly management accounts
• Production and evaluation of business cases including capital expenditure

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Flexible team player
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
