Commercial Finance Business PartnerAre you a finance pro with a passion for sport? We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to take charge of cost management, revenue targeting, and financial contracts in a fast-paced, high-growth sports business. This role will be interim to permanent with a base in London.What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering directly with the Co-CEOs to drive financial strategy, manage costs, and optimize revenue.
• Handling all financial contract matters, including cash flow forecasting for revenue and costs.
• Using your FP&A expertise to deliver cost savings, improve margins, and support client negotiations.
• Collaborating with the Head of Media Sales to shape financial strategy for commercial rights.
• Reporting on performance to the Group finance team and ensuring smart revenue and cost recognition.

What We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 or higher degree
• ACCA / ACA (or equivalent) qualification preferred
• 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong cash flow management & forecasting skills
• Experience juggling multiple stakeholders, from production teams to C-suite executives
• KPI-driven, with a focus on EBITDA and gross margin targets
• A genuine passion for European football and global sports
