Commercial Finance Business Partner – PermanentLocation: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office

We are seeking a talented Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a growing and forward-thinking finance team on a permanent basis. This role will be a key link between finance and the wider business, supporting commercial decision-making with clear financial insight and challenge.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to commercial teams, ensuring financial implications are fully understood

• Leading on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

• Providing meaningful insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability

• Driving process improvements and helping to shape a culture of financial accountability across the business

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FP&A and business partnering experience

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Commercially minded with a focus on adding value rather than just reporting numbers

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
