Commercial Finance Business Partner - Search : Job Details

Search are excited to be working with a global consumer led business with extensive growth over the past 10 years. They are now looking for a highly commercial finance business partner who can impact the sales and profitability of the division.

As a commercial business partner you'll be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders from sales and marketing to operations. You'll be influential in decision making and be able to impact the business and having challenging conversations with all levels of the business to grow the organisation.

This is a fantastic brand with extensive pull within the market and will provide the right candidate and exceptional opportunity to grow within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial team with maximising profitability and growth
• Lead on the commercial P&L
• Key liaison to the commercial team - Business partnering with sales and marketing director
• Prepare financial and management reporting
• Managing the P&L and Balance sheet
• Creation of budgets and forecasts
• Keep the business in line with relevant controls

Person:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
• Experience working in a fast paced consumer led business
• Strong business partnering experience with senior leaders
• A self starter and wanting to constantly grow

On Offer:

A fantastic salary worth up to £80,000 + benefits including bonus, private health care, discounts and a strong pension. There is also an agile working arrangemt with the ability to work from home and the office.
