As the Commercial Finance Assistant, you'll work closely with senior leadership, actively shaping the strategic financial direction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Month-End Management: Taking charge of month-end financial tasks, such as posting accurate accruals and prepayments, approving invoices, and conducting balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Delving into financial variances, updating monthly board reports with relevant commentary, and contributing to the creation of Store Performance Packs.
• Financial Planning and Support: Playing a vital role in maintaining accurate bonus calculations, supporting updates for regional directors, and assisting in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget for the UK market.

Drive Process Improvements: Your dedication to enhancing financial practices will be crucial. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process improvements that significantly increase the efficiency and quality of financial activities.
