Our client, a highly sought after FTSE brand with a stellar reputation for kick-starting careers for ambitious and credible finance professionals, is looking to hire a talented Commercial Finance Analyst to join its ranks.This is a true business partnering role, working closely with Operational and Commercial stakeholders to help drive performance through decision support and analysis. The successful candidate will benefit from a flexible and supportive environment, where internal rotation and progression can be expected every c18 months for those who prove to add value.Main duties include:* Analysing data to provide insight to help review and maximise actual performance* Tracking and understand financial impact of action plans and projects to help drive these through to completion* Delivering timely and accurate day to day reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting* Analytical support and reporting commentary to the commercial teams to help make sounds business decisions * Performing ad hoc analysis to help assess the success of trading initiatives * Attending and contributing key meetings as required Key skills & experience required:* ACCA/CIMA part qualified, finalist or newly qual (salary dependent) * Proven track record in an Analytical role in a fast-paced environment * Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand key business performance drivers * Ability to present complex information in a simple and concise manner * Strong inter-personal skills and can build professional relationships with ease* Enthusiastic, positive and proactive engagement of key stakeholders* Resilience, flexibility and able to cope with time pressure and ambiguity. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
