Job Description :

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Commercial Finance Administrator to join our Group Commercial team in Warrington. We are seeking an exceptional communicator and detail-oriented Administrator to work within the Finance Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the sales and operations teams to put together finance quotes.

A fantastic business based in Warrington, WA5 where you can learn and grow within the role. A global business with presence across UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia. This role is sat within the finance team and communicates daily with the sales and operations team.

Description

  • To analyse prospect profitability using cost models to advise the sales team on selling prices per client.
  • To help the sales team win business profitably by using cost models to suggest competitive prices for new and existing clients.
  • To respond to ad-hoc queries regarding volume, revenue and profitability figures by client, providing data-driven insights.
  • To produce new client rate cards, liaising with other business functions such as sales and operations, to complete tenders and new business proposals.
  • To upload client rates into billing systems and assist in resolving invoice queries.
  • To proactively update rate cards across the organisation upon supplier / client price changes, to ensure continued profitability.
  • To manage rate cards within a shared system to ensure that information can be obtained quickly and easily. To maintain accurate and up-to-date rate cards in the shared system for easy access by all teams.
  • Develop an understanding of the different billing systems used by the group and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Profile

  • Relevant experience working within a commercial finance function preferred but full training will be offered.
  • Experience working with different invoicing systems and resolving queries.
  • Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Computer literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word and able to learn and navigate multiple operational systems and Sales CRMs.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Offer

  • Working 9am to 5pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working
  • Study support towards AAT, ACCA, CIMA
  • Salary £22k to £24k
