The organization aims to help educational institutions generate additional income by professionally managing the out-of-hours use of their facilities. Their mission is to enrich the quality of education in communities by generating flexible and sustainable income for partner schools.
They are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Director to lead an ambitious growth strategy.
- Tasks include:
- Driving company-wide revenue strategy.
- Defining commercial plans to achieve targets.
- Organizing and managing the commercial team.
- Taking full P&L ownership.
- Providing outstanding line management.
- Driving a commercial culture.
- Advising the leadership team on the competitive environment.
- Exemplifying company values.
- Responsibility for the Marketing, Account Management, Customer Service, and Client Acquisition teams.
- Potential restructuring of the team as seen fit.
- Required skills include:
- Proven personal sales track record.
- 5+ years experience in a similar position
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Impressive record leading commercial teams.
- Experience developing and delivering innovative commercial strategies.
- Deep understanding of the education and customer markets served.
- Strong sales, strategic planning, and motivational management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and delivery skills.
- Adaptability.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout England.
