Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is the fastest growing solid waste stream, with our client providing the perfect solution for the safe recycling of these complex materials. Their efficient and environmentally friendly process ensures that all plastics and metals found in electrical materials are carefully separated before being transformed into reusable resources.With the growing importance of this valuable waste stream, an opportunity now exists for a senior commercial leader who will take responsibility for all commercial activity across the UK and Ireland, providing leadership, direction, vision and strategy. As a senior member of the Commercial Leadership working group, the scope of the role covers Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Services and Marketing, with direct accountability for revenue and margin financial performance.The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years leading a similar sized sales or commercial function in the wider business services industry. Waste, recycling, or sustainability industry experience is an advantage, but is not essential, likewise WEEE sector experience is an advantage but not essential.
