Commercial Controller Media/Advertising Network, Central London, £90k Our client is a Global Advertising powerhouse and recruiting for a Commercial Controller. This is a senior role within the agency providing support and assistance to the Head of Commercial and regional CEOs, Client teams, Trading functions and digital teams and specialist departments Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on all client/contract compliance
• Lead on all client reporting such as revenue recognition, profitability, client margin analysis and utilisation.
• Responsible for working capital group position
• Primary commercial contact point for specified portfolio of clients and internal stakeholders
• Primary commercial contact for a cluster of markets across the EMEA region
• Lead on existing client fee and contract negotiations
• Construct and negotiate all commercial proposals for new business pitches
• Client rate card creation
• Support the CFO with client audit management (NDA's scope agreement pre-audit supervision of audit audit report review and commenting client management
• Out of scope service fee negotiation
• Support Legal and Client Services with data processing and supplier contracts

 Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Must be from an Agency background
• Can be from either a commercial background or an FC/FD from agency that is looking for a more commercially focused role
• Experience of driving change with a strong controls/compliance experience
• Experienced in leading audits
• Strong interpersonally – business partnering to all departments within the business
