JOB TITLE: Commercial Contracts SolicitorPQE REQUIRED: 4+ LOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid Working – 3 Days in Office) SALARY: Competitive + BenefitsTHE ROLE: An ambitious and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its dynamic team. This is a strategic senior-level hire offering a clear pathway to partnership, either now or in the near future. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Team Leader, driving the growth of the Commercial Contracts offering, and shaping the future direction of the team. You will manage your own caseload while contributing to mentoring, team development, and business growth. Core Areas of Work include Commercial contracts (including supply, distribution, SaaS, and licensing agreements). Intellectual property (registration, protection, and enforcement). Data protection and privacy complianceTHE CANDIDATE:

• A solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in commercial law
• Strong foundation in commercial contracts, with experience in IP and data protection
• Commercially astute with a pragmatic, client-focused approach
• Comfortable advising a broad client base, from SMEs to global corporations
• Able to work independently and mentor junior lawyers
• A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
• Adaptable communication style, tailoring advice and service to individual client needs
