• Commercial Mastery - Full P&L responsibility with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
• Contract Excellence - Negotiate and manage high-value supplier agreements and third-party contracts
• Budget Control - Manage annual staffing budgets and optimize consumables spend across operations
• Resource Management - Strategic booking and deployment of staff across major events and daily operations
• Team Leadership - Build and develop a high-performing operational team
• Strategic Planning - Align resources with major event requirements and business priorities
