The team embrace each other’s personalities, enjoy each other’s company and are committed to providing outstanding customer service.The Commercial case manager RoleAs the Commercial Case Manager for the specialist brokerage, you will work alongside one broker providing a complete client journey from DIP through to completion, working on a variety of cases specialist buy to let, refurb and bridging finance cases.To thrive in this role, you will need an in-depth experience in case management, a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, and a passion for the property finance industry. It is essential that you have the knowledge and skillset to be able to confidently handle complex, high value cases, and deliver an exceptional level of service that surpasses your clients’ expectations.The Commercial Case Manager Package

• Monday to Friday
• Basic Salary up to £25k
• Commission 2.5% of your brokers banked business
• OTE £35k
• Training & Support provided
• Career progression
• Hybrid 3 days in the office per week

Commercial Case Manager desired skills and experience

• Experienced Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager / Commercial case manager

• Experience with Specialist Buy to let, Refurb and Bridging Finance cases
• Active interest in property investment and Commercial Property financing
• Professional and personable approach
• Self-motivated & supportive member of the team
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Pragmatic problem solver with a proactive approach
