Job Description
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance brokerage seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role offering excellent career progression, a competitive salary, bonus, and a fantastic benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial insurance lines, including renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and client queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
- Use Acturis to process policies and manage client data efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support business growth and client retention
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Commercial Account Handler role
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
- Proficiency in Acturis and familiarity with insurance portals
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach
