Job Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance brokerage seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role offering excellent career progression, a competitive salary, bonus, and a fantastic benefits package.

• Manage all aspects of commercial insurance lines, including renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and client queries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
• Use Acturis to process policies and manage client data efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to support business growth and client retention

• Previous experience in a Commercial Account Handler role
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
• Proficiency in Acturis and familiarity with insurance portals
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach

• Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
