Up to £38,000 discretionary annual bonus

City – 5 days office based

City-Ready Skills: Master broking on Acturis, E-trade, and insurer portals — experience that will make you highly marketable for future roles in London Market broking or corporate insurance

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage renewals (15–30 per month), MTAs, and new business

Work on average client premiums of £2k–£5k while collaborating on larger accounts

Develop solutions for UK-based risks, broking manually and digitally

Take ownership of your book while being supported by a collaborative, growth-minded team

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years’ experience in Commercial SME insurance

Strong Acturis skills and a genuine interest in broadening your technical knowledge – essential

A proactive, ambitious personality — someone who sees this as a springboard to bigger opportunities
