Whether you're early in your insurance career or already have some commercial handling experience, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and exposed to a wide variety of risks and clients.You'll work across a broad book of commercial business, from SMEs to specialist schemes, and play a key part in delivering excellent service throughout the policy lifecycle.What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Account Handlers and Executives across renewals, MTAs and new business.
- Managing a varied client portfolio spanning property owners, PI, motor, liability and commercial combined.
- Assisting in preparing broking presentations and renewal reports.
- Handling client queries and building strong relationships.
- Using Acturis as the primary broking and CRM platform.
- Working in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with home-based flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
What We’re Looking For
- Some previous experience in insurance (personal lines, commercial or general broking) is ideal, but not essential.
- Alternatively, a driven individual keen to build a career in commercial insurance, full training provided.
- A proactive attitude, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ambition to gain professional qualifications – support will be provided towards Cert CII.
- Comfortable working with systems and confident using technology to manage workload.
