Salary: Negotiable depending on experience £35,000 - £45,000 benefits

Role Summary:

This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting a team of experienced Account Executives handling a broad portfolio of commercial clients. You’ll work across multiple product lines, from Commercial Combined and Fleet to more specialist risks such as Care Homes, Cyber, and PI. With premiums ranging from £5,000 up to six figures, this position offers excellent scope to develop technical skills and deepen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client servicing for a varied commercial book

• Support Account Executives in delivering tailored solutions for clients, ensuring high retention

• Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best outcomes for clients

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across all client files

• Contribute to a collaborative office culture, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within insurance broking

• Strong technical knowledge across core commercial lines (Combined, Fleet, Motor Trade, PI, Cyber, etc.)

• Confident in liaising with clients and insurers to resolve queries and secure favourable terms

• Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
