Job Title: Account Handler (Personal & Commercial)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

Role Summary:

We’re seeking an Account Handler with insurance broking experience — either personal lines or commercial. This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding who is eager to take the next step in their career. You’ll benefit from excellent training, exposure to a wide range of clients, and the opportunity to progress towards more senior positions over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial clients, giving you broad experience across different risks
• Provide high-quality advice and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Assist with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy administration - helping you build technical expertise
• Work closely with Account Executives, giving you exposure to larger and more complex accounts
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Cornwall office through excellent service delivery

Requirements:

• Previous insurance broking experience (personal lines or commercial)
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service ability
• Desire to progress and develop within a supportive broker environment
