Your role will involve:
- Managing the full policy lifecycle from new business to renewal
- Advising clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs
- Negotiating terms and premiums with insurers to secure the best outcomes
- Responding to client queries, handling mid-term adjustments and claims
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless service
- Staying informed on industry updates and sharing insights with clients
This role offers the flexibility of both full-time and part-time hours, with no weekend work.What You Need to Have
- Ideally at least 2 years’ experience managing a commercial insurance portfolio or working within financial services
- Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Solid IT skills and a high level of accuracy in policy administration
- A proactive, organised approach and a willingness to learn and grow
