Commercial Account Executive/ Client Manager – Sales£45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + performance bonusOffice Based – Newcastle under LymeMonday – Friday 9am – 5pm (can be flexible on the hours) We’re looking for a confident, relationship-focused Client Manager to join a growing team. You’ll be the trusted advisor for clients - helping them protect what matters most, spotting opportunities, and building lasting partnerships. What you’ll be doing
- Advising clients on their insurance needs and spotting gaps in cover
- Selling insurance solutions that genuinely add value
- Growing existing accounts and winning new business
- Negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms
- Attending networking events to raise our profile in the business community
- Guiding clients through the claims process when needed
What you’ll bring
- Experience in commercial insurance (Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, ambitious, and tenacious approach
- Confidence using systems like Acturis, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of FCA compliance and industry regulations
