Looking to build on your customer service experience in a busy, supportive environment? This is your chance to join a well-established Harlow-based company as a Collections Agent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling high volumes of inbound calls
• Collecting payments and setting up payment plans
• Making outbound and credit control calls
• Logging accurate notes and resolving queries
• Staying professional, calm, and customer-focused

Working Hours:The call centre is open 8am – 6pm, with shifts on a weekly rota:

• 8am – 4pm
• 10am – 6pm
