This position would suit those who possess prior Credit Control/ Debt Collection experience, who are seeking a rewarding workplace. • Management of outstanding monies owed in a B2B capacity.
• Work amongst team to achieve best possible outcomes, taking relevant and defined steps for successful collection. 
• Work with external parties on occasions for further support with collections process. 
• Handle various forms of communication with confidence over phone and email. 
• Negotiate, implement, and monitor repayment solutions.
• Populate and manage internal database/ system to ensure accurate records. 
• Escalate those cases that need further specialist attention with internal Legal team. 
• Support other internal functions when required.

 What we are seeking: 

• Prior Credit Controller or Debt Collection experience
• A strong and polite approach to work and communication
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pick up new processes, technical knowledge and system usage
• A desire to work in a team environment to achieve best results

 In return as Credit Controller you will receive a basic salary between £24,000 to £26,000 plus the ability to earn up to £500 per month, resulting in total earnings in the region of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
