We are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager for a small busy coffee shop serving a range of home baked cakes, pastries, sandwiches and paninis etc near Hemel Hempstead.

The role will ideally suit an assistant manager/supervisor looking to step up.

A massive bonus is you will work straight day time shifts only - no evenings ever.

You need your own transport.

The Coffee Shop Manager we are looking for will have exceptional customer service skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to train great people and build sales. Alongside having an understanding of stock and cost controls.

Role - Coffee Shop Manager

As the Coffee Shop Manager you will:

• Manage all day to day operations
• Control labour, stock and all costs & budgets
• Recruit, train and develop your team
• Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
• Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work to company targets and KPIs'

Attributes - Coffee Shop Manager

• Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop manager/assistant manager/supervisor
• Excellent people and communication skills
• A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
• An understanding of legislation & compliance
• The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
• A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
• IT literate - working with systems & process
