CNC Turner Programmer/ Setter - A1 Personnel Employment Agency Ltd : Job Details

A1 Personnel are recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer/ Setter on behalf of our client based in South Woodham Ferrers.

Responsibilities:

• Using various measuring equipment (Verniers / Micrometers / Height gauge / Shadowgraph etc.) to ensure all parts conform to customer standards.
• Programming and setting Lathes from drawing or cad files in the most efficient manner while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Reviewing older production parts to ensure they are being machined in the most efficient manner.
• Maintaining general cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with the production plan.

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum programming experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Fanuc programming including live tooling
• Experience setting various lathes.
• Experience using multi axis live tooling.

25 days holidays plus bank holidays.
