Job Title: CNC TurnerLocation: Midhurst, West SussexHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (overtime available x 1.5)Pay: Competitive (depending on experience)Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join our skilled manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls to produce precision acrylic components to exacting standards.  However, Experience in Machining Acrylic non Essential.Key Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines with Fanuc controls on Various Vertical and Horizontal Machines, with Diameters Ranging from 20mm to 2000mm.

Interpret and work from engineering drawings to produce high-quality components

Work to tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet quality and specification requirements

Perform first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, verniers, gauges)

Adjust machine settings and tooling as required to optimise production and maintain accuracy

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Ensure a safe, clean, and organised work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Turner, including programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes

Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience working to tolerances and with precision measuring equipment

Good attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to adapt skills to accommodate the successful machining of our Product (Training given)
