CNC Team Leader - A1 Personnel Employment Agency Ltd : Job Details

We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter Team Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of CNC operators, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

? Set and operate CNC machines (lathes/mills/etc.) to meet production requirements? Lead and support a team of CNC operators, providing training and guidance? Monitor and improve production efficiency and quality control? Troubleshoot machine issues and liaise with maintenance when necessary? Ensure adherence to health & safety and company policies? Work closely with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes

What We’re Looking For:

?? Proven experience as a CNC Setter (Team Leader or Supervisor experience preferred)?? Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes?? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings?? Leadership and problem-solving skills?? Understanding of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
