CNC Operator - HOMAGWellingboroughHours -0600-1430/1430-2300- potentially rotatingSalary - £Competitive hourly rate plus 15% shift allowanceAre you an experienced CNC Operator with a background in woodworking or furniture manufacturing?Do you have hands-on experience with HOMAG machinery or a willingness to learn?We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused CNC Operator to join our client's production team in Wellingborough.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating CNC machinery, ideally HOMAG routers and edge banders, to produce high-quality wood components
• Reading technical drawings and production specifications
• Performing basic machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes
• Carrying out quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection
• Ensuring consistent output and reporting any machine faults or material issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with H&S standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous CNC operating experience (HOMAG experience highly desirable)
• Confident interpreting technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Comfortable working on a rotating shift pattern
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn new systems
