We are working with one of the largest international independent manufacturers of metallic aerospace detailed parts. Capabilities include Machining, Assembly, Inspection & Control, Integrated Logistics, Processing & Finishing, Sheet Metal & Fabrication, Speed Shop, Engineering. • To produce precision components from drawings using CNC machines.
• Produce accurate, high-quality components with maximum efficiency
• Competently set and operate CNC machines
• Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard
• To work on your own initiative and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process
• Quality check all finished jobs
• Clean and maintain CNC machine and all associated equipment and machine area.

CNC Miller (Nights)Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience Setting and Operating CNC Milling machines (at least 3 Axis)
• Well-versed machining high precision metal components for highly regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, nuclear – high precision/tight tolerance machining)
• High precision products/industries – ideally metals
• Ability to pass a DBS check
