Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Eclectic Recruitment : Job Details

We are delighted to be working with this company based near Royston. They are recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options for hybrid working.

This role requires Security Clearance and applicants are therefore required to be a British Citizen or Dual UK National (including British Citizenship).

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support and develop existing company infrastructure
• Lead implementation projects across the department
• Being a point of contact for 3rd line technical issues
• Administrating and maintaining Windows Server
• Management of networks and cloud-based infrastructure
• Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in similar role supporting cloud-based infrastructure
• Proficient in M365, Exchange, VMware, and firewall management
• Excellent cloud knowledge and experience in Azure Virtual Desktop
• Good networking knowledge (ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching, IP addressing)
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• British Citizen or Dual UK National (including British Citizenship)
