Scan Assistant / Customer Service Assistant needed to work for a Private baby clinic based between Maidstone & Canterbury
- Locations: Between Canterbury & Maidstone Clinics
- Hours: Part-time (approx. 32 hours/week, may vary)
- Pay: £12.46/hour | ~£19,138 per annum (based on average hours)
- Plus commission on in-clinic product and scan add-on sales
- Travel expenses covered between Canterbury and Maidstone
- Start Date: First week of November ideally
Trident Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Scan Assistant / Customer Service Assistant to join a private baby scan clinic team across Canterbury and Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, welcoming environment supporting expectant families.
Your Weekly Schedule:
Weekends (3x per month):
- 2x shifts – Canterbury (9am–5pm)
- 1x shift – Maidstone (9am–5pm)
Weekdays:
- 2x Wednesdays – Canterbury (approx. 12pm–8pm)
- 2x Tuesdays – Canterbury (approx. 12pm–8pm)
- 2x Tuesdays – Maidstone (approx. 12pm–8pm)
- Note: Weekday hours are diary-dependent and may vary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments and managing enquiries
- Acting as a chaperone (training provided)
- Welcoming clients and providing in-clinic support
- Handling payments (cash/card)
- Managing clinic paperwork and feedback
- Responding to customer messages via chat
- Opening/closing the clinic
- Stock management and general upkeep
- Completing training modules as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role of customer service
- Strong IT, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) required before start
- Professional, compassionate, and reliable
- Must be able to drive with own car, Travel expenses covered between Canterbury and Maidstone
