A well-respected law firm with an exceptional reputation for excellence is actively seeking a strong-willed and resilient legal professional, looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the field of clinical negligence law.Working alongside James at TN Recruits Law, they are seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their dedicated and supportive team.Ideally, they would like to hear from applicants with a clinical negligence background, although candidates with a medical background or with outstanding qualities of sensitivity and empathy are also encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:

• Daily paralegal duties including legal research, document drafting, case management, client communication, legal correspondence etc.
• Assisting with clinical negligence cases, offering support to clients and the legal team.
• Handling cases that may involve trauma and emotional challenges with sensitivity and empathy.
• Actively collaborating with a supportive team that values your contributions and is committed to your growth.

  Location: Tunbridge WellsSalary: Up to £27,000 – dependant on experienceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM with a 1.15-hour lunch break.At this forward-thinking law firm, you will have the opportunity to work within a welcoming and supportive team as you take on meaningful cases with sensitivity and empathy.
