The Opportunity

Our client, a leading London law firm, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their award-winning, Legal 500 ranked department.

The role offers exceptional quality work and the opportunity to work alongside some of the UK's leading Clinical Negligence Solicitors.

For those seeking progression opportunity, the firm will consider future Training Contract and SQE applicants.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Negligence Paralegal, your duties will include:

• Supporting a Partner and Solicitors on high-value, Claimant clinical negligence cases including brain and spinal injury
• Handling written and telephone correspondence with clients, the courts and other third parties as directed
• Drafting relevant correspondence under the guidance of a Solicitor
• Conducting legal and medical research when required
• Maintain client care standards as set out in the firm's terms of business

This is a full time, permanent role requiring office presence 4-5 days per week, with some remote working post-probation.
