Clinical Negligence Lawyer – Coventry

Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its ever-expanding and forward-thinking Claimant Personal Injury team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Lexcel-accredited firm that prioritises quality, client care and professional development.

The Role:

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated clinical negligence claims
• Work collaboratively with an established and successful Personal Injury team
• Meet clients and witnesses face-to-face to provide empathetic and expert support
• Attend court hearings and case conferences
• Draft legal documents, instructions, briefs and schedules
• Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals
• Value claims and handle settlement negotiations
• Deliver exceptional client service at every stage of the process

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience handling Clinical Negligence matters (in-house or private practice)
• Strong billing history and experience managing high-value claims
• Thorough understanding of both pre-litigation and litigation
• Excellent written, verbal and client communication skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Proactive and commercially aware
• Experience working in a target-driven environment (desirable)
