Salary: Circa £65k - Negotiable - Depending on experienceLocation: Liverpool/Wirral - Full time Permanent - Office based preferred - Remote or Hybrid considered Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bankBenefits: High Bonus Potential - Enhanced Benefits Package. Main Responsibilities to include:
- Managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Clinical Negligence files, both straightforward and complex
- Conduct relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim.
- Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings
- Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems
- Correspondence and telephone calls
- Reviewing files
- Managing a team of 5 fee earners/solicitors
- Liaising with ATE providers
- Liaising with Medical agencies
- Conducting 1-2-1's with your team
- Monthly meeting with senior management
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or high level experience in Fee Earning.
- 3+ years PQE in managing a medical/clinical negligence caseload
- Confident in litigating matters from start to Finish.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Hard working and able to work from own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Keen Commercial awareness.
