As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organised Client Support Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.
The Role:
As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting our advisers in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be a key contact for clients, providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring documentation and processes are handled efficiently and with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners
- Process new business applications, withdrawals, and transfers
- Prepare client reports, valuations, and review packs
- Liaise with product providers and clients to obtain policy information
- Maintain and update client records on the back-office system (e.g., Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar)
- Schedule client meetings and manage adviser diaries
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and compliance standards are met
About You:
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial services environment is essential
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial products
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial CRM/back-office systems
- A professional and client-focused attitude
- Working toward or holding a relevant financial services qualification (e.g., CII Level 3) is desirable
