As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organised Client Support Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role:

As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting our advisers in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be a key contact for clients, providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring documentation and processes are handled efficiently and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners
  • Process new business applications, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Prepare client reports, valuations, and review packs
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to obtain policy information
  • Maintain and update client records on the back-office system (e.g., Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar)
  • Schedule client meetings and manage adviser diaries
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements and compliance standards are met

About You:

  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial services environment is essential
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial products
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial CRM/back-office systems
  • A professional and client-focused attitude
  • Working toward or holding a relevant financial services qualification (e.g., CII Level 3) is desirable
