Client Success Manager - Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd : Job Details

Our client is a leading and fast-scaling agency specialising in the Amazon eCommerce space. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Manager to join their expanding team and become the driving force behind their client partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, sales and relationship management, helping brands thrive while fuelling the agency's growth.

This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and offers parking alongside excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities: * Client onboarding & relationship management* Lead seamless onboarding experiences with clear strategies and communication.* Proactively monitor accounts, address concerns and drive performance.* Run regular client check-ins and strengthen partnerships.* Spot and act on opportunities to upsell services (PPC, content optimisation, expanded offerings).* Track sales and retention metrics, working closely with leadership to refine processes.* Work closely with the CEO on business development and agency-wide improvements.* Act as the bridge between clients, PPC and Content teams* Present performance insights in a clear, strategic manner.* Drive internal collaboration to ensure smooth delivery and optimisation.Key Requirements: * Previous experience in client-facing roles, ideally within eCommerce, Amazon PPC or digital marketing.* Commercial mindset with a track record of upselling and growing client accounts.* Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.* Analytical ability to draw insights and make strategic recommendations.* Self-motivated, proactive and passionate about helping brands grow.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Success Manager to join a leading agency and make a real impact.
