Our client, an award winning and chartered firm of financial planners are looking to recruit an experienced Client Services Team leader to join their city of London based team.

This is a first class opportunity to join one of London’s most reputable firms.

Role overview (full job spec available):

• Managing a team of administrators
• Allocation of work to the wider team
• Lead weekly team meetings to manage workloads
• Point of contact for team queries
• Carry out staff members quarterly KPI & one to ones
• Various IFA Administrative duties

The candidate:

• Managerial experience (essential)
• Financial Planning Administration experience (essential)
• Studying towards CII diploma (desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of provider platforms
