We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager for our client in Woking. The position will involve managing the service delivery, quality standards and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple clients and services
• Line management of staff from initial recruitment, to on-boarding and training, ensuring staff retention is at the forefront.
• Maintain strong quality standards & compliance including improvement mechanisms
• Contribute to strategic development of new services

Key Skills

• Proven experience in an operational role as a strong leader
• Experience in supporting & developing staff
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

This role would be ideal for someone with a background in education or social care.
