Our mission is to connect ambitious individuals from diverse backgrounds with excellent employers across London, helping them to build successful careers.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, globally-recognised firm for a Client Services Executive. This is a permanent, front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Our client is a dynamic and agile firm with a long history in the UK, operating in more than 45 countries with over 5,800 lawyers worldwide. They are passionate about building strong relationships with their clients, their people, and the communities they work in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a five-star welcome to all guests and visitors, offering refreshments and a professional service.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, and provide reactive audio-visual support.
  • Answer and handle incoming calls, taking messages as required.
  • Assist with room set-ups (e.g., boardroom, theatre styles) and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure reception areas are kept tidy and comply with all security procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or corporate setting - prior experience from a professional services setting would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in addition to being able to demonstrate high standards of critical thinking.
  • Strong IT literacy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A highly organised, service-focused, and flexible attitude.
  • The ability to maintain high standards and a calm demeanour under pressure.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Our client is a Disability Confident Employer at Level 2, and we encourage applications from people with disabilities, both visible and invisible. This means they are committed to providing reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process and will offer an interview to a disabled applicant who meets the minimum criteria for the job.
