This is a senior role in small agency, aimed at someone who simply knows their way around agency life & is happy to pitch one day, plan & problem-solve on others and deal with an eclectic mix of clients & campaigns.

They’re young in years but not short of ambition & are renowned for producing work that’s ahead of the curve. Their work spans podcasts, film and video, photography, social, design and branding, for clients ranging from good causes to leisure & national sports stars. Every project is different, and every day is a mix of creative energy and commercial thinking.

You’ll be:

Day to day, you’ll be overseeing delivery across creative, content, strategy, and production. You will also harness relationships with key clients and contribute to the continual development of the agency. You will ensure the provision of excellent standards of service to clients, paving the way for continued growth, expansion, and profitability.

You’ll also building & lead a close-knit team that’s hungry to produce outstanding work, and flying the flag for the agency at pitches, events, and in the industry. It goes without saying that an important part of this role will be creating and implementing 'winning' strategies for existing clients and new business projects in conjunction with fellow senior personnel with the preparation of pitches and presenting to clients.

You’ll need:

Someone who’s just as confident talking brand strategy with a national client as they are brainstorming over coffee with the team. Someone who knows how to keep projects ticking along, keeping a close eye on the numbers, without losing sight of the big idea.

You’ll most likely have 5+ years in a senior creative/agency role & a track record of winning big and delivering brilliant campaigns. The ability to switch between creative thinking and commercial focus without breaking stride is important as well as a knack for inspiring people — clients, colleagues, and audiences alike.

As you’d expect, fit is imperative & it will most likely suit someone who’s grounded & considered and simply has that get up & go aura about them, who can lead by authenticity & integrity.
