Location: Watford

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Salary between £28,000 - £35,000 (based on experience), There may be the occasional time needed to cover their on-call service (annual leave, sickness etc).

Annual Leave: 20 days + Bank Holidays

They are based in Watford, Hertfordshire, and offer a service from an initial concept, to design, project management, installation, commissioning, training, service, and reactive maintenance.

Due to the company's continuous client growth, they have entrusted Reed to recruit a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to fill their new, and very exiting position of a service co-ordinator. 

This role would ideally suit somebody who is calm, confident communicating with people of all levels, someone who is a real team player and will go the extra mile to get the job done, and most of all, somebody who would consider themselves to be beyond highly organised! 

Are you a self-motivated go-getter? We’re seeking an organised, confident individual to fill our new Service Coordinator role. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a salary between £28,000 - £35,000 (based on experience), There may be the occasional time needed to cover their on-call service, if staff are on annual leave etc.

??Responsibilities:

  • Schedule engineers for client installations.
  • Handle incoming calls and address client queries promptly.
  • Support daily office operations.
  • Assist the Service Manager with hotel bookings.
  • Monitor equipment orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records (invoices, work sheets).
  • Filter jobs, submit hours onto portal
