Client Services Associate

Location - Rochester

Salary - (c) £35,000 (DoE)

Hours: Full time, Hybrid Working 3 days in the office

You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Senior Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management, offering financial advice to clients on growing, protecting, and managing their wealth. The practice provides personalised services such as investment planning, retirement planning, inheritance tax & estate planning, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Associate located in Rochester, with 3 days in the office and 2 at home. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing client services, customer support, communication, customer service, and finance support on a day-to-day basis.

You will need previous experience within an SJP practice. You may have some professional qualifications already (although not essential)

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience in the St. James's Place Partnership

Duties will include:

• Processing new business from start to finish
• Preparation of client meeting packs
• Letters of Authority processing and chasing
• Submission of applications and advice sets
• Maintaining accurate and up to date information
• Establishing and Maintaining effective relationships with the business
• Handling Client Requests
