Are you a highly organised, people-focused professional looking to join one of London’s most respected Chartered Wealth Management firms? If you thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this Client Services and Office Coordinator role could be your ideal next step.
The Opportunity
We are exclusively partnering with a long-established, highly ethical financial planning business based in Central London. As a Client Services and Office Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Supporting the Managing Director
- Coordinating day-to-day office operations
- Delivering an exceptional client experience
This is more than an administrative role – it’s a chance to become a key member of a company that values its people as much as its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary and travel management
- Coordinate distribution of client communications (newsletters, brochures, marketing materials)
- Assist with planning and managing client events, seminars, and internal functions
- Act as first point of contact for visiting clients – managing documentation, updating CRM records, and delivering a polished, professional welcome
- Liaise with advisers to ensure client meetings run seamlessly
- Support wider marketing projects and business initiatives
About You
You will be:
- Professional, personable, and polished, with excellent organisational skills
- Experienced in office administration, PA, client services, or marketing support – ideally within financial services (though not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable liaising with high-net-worth clients in a confidential, professional manner
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and committed to building a long-term career within a supportive team
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £42,000 annual bonus
- Hybrid working: Central London HQ with home-working flexibility
- Benefits: Private healthcare, pension, and full training support
- Culture: Collaborative, close-knit team with strong ethics and client focus
- Extras: Ongoing development opportunities and regular social events
Whether you’re from a financial services background or bring PA/marketing expertise from another sector, if you love variety, responsibility, and client interaction, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career with a leading Chartered Wealth Management firm.
