Client Support Advisor
- Annual Salary: £32,000 - £39,000
- Location: Enfield, London, EN1
- Job Type: Full-time, office-based (8am-5pm) - 40 hours per week - 5 day working week on a rota basis - Monday to Saturday

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Client Support Advisor to join our dedicated team.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and care, ensuring all clients feel supported and valued.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and manage scheduling duties to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Participate in service improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new projects.
- Assist in various customer-facing and operational aspects of the showroom as needed.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and organisation within the showroom environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong team player with excellent organisational and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and acquire new skills quickly.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in retail or healthcare is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
