What you’ll be doing:
This role is central to the smooth running of the business. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
- Supporting client onboarding, compliance checks, and record management
- Handling incoming calls and responding to general enquiries
- Providing reception cover and creating a welcoming environment for visitors
- Following up on client communications and ensuring deadlines are met
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to internal processes
- Preparing and formatting documents, letters and reports
- Managing client data and documentation accurately
- Assisting with general administrative duties across departments
