Experienced Client Services Administrator

Salary: £27,000 up to £4,000 performance bonus (paid quarterly)

Location: London SE1 (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Hours: Mon–Thurs 9:00–17:30, Fri 9:00–17:00

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Client Services Administrator to join a busy, customer-focused team within the financial services sector. This is a varied and fast-paced role where accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service are key.

Mortgage experience is not essential, what matters most is your proven track record in administration and customer service, ideally within a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process appointments for third-party services quickly and accurately
  • Input prospective leads into the database, ensuring all details are correct
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Log client feedback and flag any issues for resolution
  • Monitor adviser contact with existing and prospective clients
  • Track review dates and activity deadlines, escalating where required
  • Support corporate account reporting and management information preparation
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Provide cover for telephonists during busy or holiday periods, including making outbound client care calls

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ administration experience in a client services environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
  • Highly computer literate and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
