We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, established and highly reputable client as they seek to recruit an additional Client Services Administrator to join their experienced and friendly team within their offices in Haywards Heath. This role is available due to strong company growth levels and expansion.

Client Services Administrator

Full time permanent role - office based but with flexibility to work from home one day per week after successful probationary period

Mon-Thu 0900-1730 and Fri 0900 -1700

Role based in Haywards Heath. There is free street parking available very close by. The office is also a very short stroll away from the nearest mainline station (2-3 mins)

Salary - £25000 - £30000 per annum plus very good company benefits and opportunities to attend company social events on a local level.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a real willingness to learn who can work accurately and prioritise tasks effectively. Great customer and client services skills are a must, along with a good and confident telephone manner. Duties will include:

Validating new business enquiries (inbound calls and enquiries only)

Dealing with company legal processes

Requesting financial data from lenders.

Arranging valuations.

Raising finance documents and following up to ensure documents are completed, signed and returned correctly.

Liaising with borrowers, introducers and legal partners to progress each proposal towards completion.

Post completion follow up tasks

Experience, competencies and knowledge required

Energy, enthusiasm and a tenacious approach to completing tasks

A strong commitment to customer care - great telephone manner

The ability to work alongside others in the team and prioritise work effectively.

Solid administration skills with an eye for detail

Preferably based local to the Haywards Heath area

Any background within a financial services based company would be beneficial but this is by no means essential
