Client Services Administrator – Financial Planning
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday | 9am–5:30pm (5pm on Fridays)
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful and boutique financial planning business that is seeking a career-focused Client Services Administrator to join their close-knit team. Based in a market town on the River Irwell, this is a brilliant opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with prior experience in financial services who enjoys working collaboratively and directly supporting financial planners and paraplanners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full pre- and post-sale administration support to advisers and paraplanners
- Prepare engagement letters, Letters of Authority, client agreements, and other onboarding documents
- Obtain policy valuations, prepare meeting follow-ups, and review documentation
- Request and process quotes and provider application forms
- Maintain accurate records on the back-office system and ensure data integrity
- Support colleagues in maintaining compliant client files
- Welcome visitors and handle front desk/intercom duties when required
- Answer inbound calls and provide outstanding service to clients
- Take part in regular training and development, with support to build industry knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a financial services admin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, grammar, and overall document accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong time management and the ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to learn, support others, and contribute to a team culture
- Commitment to ongoing personal development and compliance best practices
