Are you an experienced leader in Wealth Management or Financial Planning, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and developing high-performing teams? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the senior management team of a growing wealth management firm as Client Service Manager, taking full ownership of the client services function and playing a pivotal role in supporting advisers and clients.
We are seeking someone with strong industry knowledge, hands-on leadership experience, and the ability to deliver meaningful change across teams, processes, and client experience.
The Role
As Client Service Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site client service team, including supporting trainee financial planners in their first year.
- Oversee client service workflows and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service standards.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that reflects the firm’s values.
- Drive operational transformation initiatives to support scalability and growth.
- Monitor KPIs and service metrics, producing performance reports and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, firms, and colleagues.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
About You
- Significant experience managing client service or operations teams within Wealth Management/Financial Planning.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support teams through change.
- Excellent workflow and process management abilities, ideally with Intelligent Office or similar CRM systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to service excellence.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
